Puppet

Yes, she was a puppet,
whose life was shaped
by other people's wishes and expectations.

She thought that love
must be reciprocated,
not realizing that it is not love
that is conditioned.

She was very good at beautifying
people who were bad
first by lying to herself,
and then others.

However,
she finally saw the world,
realized that with her life
she has to manage herself.

And, it must be admitted,
she was also a knight,
she didn't run away from adversity,
rather, she went out for them
and she would fight until victory.

She did not surrender,
even if she fell off her horse,
not even if she gave in for a moment.

She didn't know how strong she was
until she got into battle.
There were also defeats,
but she learned
that victories count.
