About this poem

It’s not that I did not hear your voice…It’s not that I was trying to ignore you…It’s not that I wanted to hurt you in any way shape or form…I believe that a man should love a woman as he should love his God…With everything in his being…And how do you feel a woman should love her man???You do exhibit many narci traits…Have you ever taken the specialme test???I don’t think that I am ready to give my heart to another narci…This is just some food for thought…You hold my bleeding beating heart within your hands…What you do with it will determine IF there will be an I and me or a us and or we…IF you continue to gaslight and hide behind masks you may not leave me any other option…I too believe I can impose boundaries between us…IF I feel I need to protect myself from you…IF you are near…A walk might do you good…It does wonders in relieving stress as well…I hope you are not angered or offended in me saying no…I hope you have a wonderful rest of your evening…And goodnight…I will try to post 3 more pages from my dark years collection tomorrow…I can’t recall IF I wrote any poems to you during those years…I had a lot of work to try to heal from all my years of abuse misery and torture…I too feel beaten and broken after returning to my vomit…In a certain poetess’s own words…I swear to God it won’t happen again…But there is a mention in the Holy Bible that a person should not swear…so I believe it should suffice to say…I will not permit it to happen to me again…
