Thoughts of Theophilus

Richard Groff 1957 (Pottstown, Pa.)

The Word of God will separate
Your spirit from your flesh
He won’t leave sin in Israel
He’ll do as he sees best

Rise up O Lord and scatter your enemies.
Return to those who love you.

My whole purpose for living is to serve and glorify God the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
And my goal is to die in the Lord! Because blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.

When often times I think of home
The tears well up inside
Though here upon the earth I roam
Beneath your wings I’ll hide
