The Human Experience

JESUS BETANCOURT 1955 (New York)

Science advanced to let altered humans survive
On through the Thirty-first century
Conquering space travel to keep mankind alive
Overcoming obstacles to live existentially

Removal of emotions were essential to survive
To complete the mission of the journey
Love and hate weren't needed to thrive
Artificial Intelligence replaced the heart logically

It was thought feelings are required
Psychologically, biologically for the human experience
Now that problem has expired
As a cyborg on that spaceship I thank science
