Free verse
and i think maybe,
when we're both 6 ft somewhere,
my skeletal hand will reach for yours
through the soil, sand, time, roots,
whatever it must dig through
to hold your hand even as we've both
stopped breathing
but haven't stopped loving

About this poem

this poem is about myself and my current girlfriend. i love her so much i truly believe we will be together even after we die.
