Big sister

                           Big sister
I sat and watched you grow from big sister to motherhood, while you not knowing your steps where the stepping stones for my own journey.

When God made Big sisters he gave me my first best friend, from all the memories we shared they will never end. I could talk to you about anything and never pass judgment, you always told me to never let anyone dictate or validate who I am because we come from a strong black mother.

Your courageous acts as a child never seems to amaze me, as we watched our house catch on fire you sacrificed your life to save our father, for that you deserve a badge of honor.

Your spirit of protection mirrors the reflection of who you are, you where the bodyguard who wasn't afraid to fight for what was right which is why your kinder heart magnetically connected to the young and old, truth be told.

You were my ride or die as we did a few drive-bys (lol)
Heading back home, our piercing laughter echos outside, now sitting on the porch having a glass of Moscato. I'll  miss our late night conversations and big tupperware bowl eating cheerio sessions at 2:00/ 3:00 in the morning and driving to the gas station because you got the munchies because of your medications(lol)

I seen the strength that you carried, even when the burdens got heavy. The journey became my lessons as your lessons became the blessings as I watched and listen to receive the message.

You wore many hats when other people needed you, while keeping your own issues in the dark, that's just who you were from the start. Your love for God increased throughout the years as you continue fighting without showing any fears. The love you have for our family still remains because of our village nothing has changed, through the good and the bad you wouldn't change a thang, so this is not a goodbye but see you later, so take your rest big sister as you enter HEAVEN you'll sing and shout VICTORY

Big sister

I am the baby sister of 13 siblings and was raised from a large family which my grandparents started the legacy of our continuing family.I'm a loving and kind hearted person who just tries and out line life in all positivity ways and actions.I only have 1 daughter which I call her my rainbow baby after having a miscarriage 6 months before then God granted me the gift of life of getting pregnant in such a short period of time.I consider myself as a visionare. I have the honors of multiple talents like singing, creating things with my hands or on paper or allowing my vision a reality.I also have a patent that I've created back in 2014 which I'm still praying God will help me manifest into a reality soon. I love being around my family it's never a dull moment. I'll be writing for days about my family. I'm a child of God and gave myself back to Christ in 2021 on Christmas day. more…
