If only you listened

Jamie Brown 1986 (Montgomery,Alabama)

When the day comes that you don’t hear from me anymore and it will then you will wonder why I stopped reaching out to you. Then you will understand why I feel the way I do. I just want you to know that I have tried and tried but you didn’t even blink an eye . I poured out my heart for you but you just threw it to the side. You shutdown and pulled away from the one woman who will give her all just to be your all and you just threw her all away. One day you will realize that you should have gave her the chance. Now she won’t even give you a second glance. Should listen when someone tells you that you are a lucky man , because she is a diamond in the ocean underneath all that sand.
