Lowly in a Feeding Trough

A lowly feeding trough was where
Our Savior, Lord was laid.
His Mother Mary put Him there
And for her Child she prayed.

She prayed that she and Joseph would
Be parents who would raise
God's only Son as best they could
For all the world to praise!

This Christmas day, God's chosen way
Was SO divine to save mankind!
