EROTIC POEM: IN THE WINDOW

Tonight I left the window open

so that my thoughts would fly,

and I drew suns in the night sky

so that they light your steps when you arrive.

And I wove tremors in your body and in your veins,

I stripped you of times where you could break,

I drank lightly the poison of your parallel legs

and in the sea of your face I was captain.

I murmured ardor and vigils, I was a sentinel,

In the wounded hour my name was a talisman,

poor prey of your hungry mouth,

sincere sample of this dark guardian.

I painted your lips with colors, your beehives,

your corners scented with white orange blossom,

I built promises with storm splinters

and by your body, like the wind, I let myself be carried away.
