Verses of the Heart: A Poet's Portrait
In silent lines concealed, you read my truth,
Each whispered breath, the secrets of my heart.
Despite my stutters, you perceived my youth,
The tales in every sigh, every start.
A poet's gaze, the verses of my eyes,
Unraveled only by your keen insight.
In pauses, you discerned my softest cries,
A language only you could read, so right.
I pen these words with hope you'll comprehend,
The essence of my heart, in lines unbend.
But will you find the meaning in these words,
Or just the quivering heart, like silent birds?
With every pause, the whispered tale unfolds,
In syllables of silence, love enfolds.
The unspoken verses, whispers in my mind,
A riddle for you, in moments undefined.
You were the alchemist of my silence,
Turning stillness into vibrant vibrance.
The hesitations, like quantum particles,
Uncertain, yet you grasped their miracles.
Your presence, like a prism, split my soul,
Revealing colors hidden in my role.
In every pause, a dance of wavelengths bright,
You read the patterns in the darkest night.
The universe, a canvas, you decoded,
As constellations in our hearts exploded.
Between the lines, you charted constellations,
Guiding me through cosmic revelations.
In every breath, a pulsar's rhythmic beat,
Your insight found the truth, so bittersweet.
And as I pen these verses, I implore,
Will you decipher what my heart has in store?
Or will these words, like quantum waves, remain,
A mystery you'll never quite attain?
You held the key to words I dared not speak,
In your embrace, my hidden truths grew meek.
Each hesitation, like an equation's dance,
You solved with grace, in your gentle trance.
As I write this down, the universe's code,
I ponder if you'll see beyond the ode.
For in these lines, my soul laid bare and true,
Hoping you'll read the me, I am, not who.
But if you see beyond the words I scribe,
Into the depths of love, where hearts imbibe,
Then you're the one who truly understands,
The language of my heart, in all its strands.
In every breath and pause, you've been the key,
Unlocking verses, whispered just for thee.
So, as I pen this down, with hopeful art,
I wonder, will you see my words or heart?
You were always the interpreter of my soul,
Translating feelings hidden, making them whole.
With every hesitation, a complex equation,
You found the answers with grace and persuasion.
The poetry of my gaze, in your eyes found rhyme,
A story of emotions that stood the test of time.
In every whispered breath, a sonnet's embrace,
You were the maestro of my love's grace.
Within the pauses, you discovered symphonies,
Composing melodies from my heart's mysteries.
You saw the truth within the lines and spaces,
Reading between the words, tracing the traces.
The unspoken verses, the whispers in my sighs,
You deciphered them all, with your knowing eyes.
In every silence, you were the silent song,
Listening to what my heart had known all along.
Now, as I write these lines, I question anew,
Will you perceive the depths of my love for you?
Or will you merely see the ink upon the page,
And miss the fervent emotions, like a sage?
In each stanza, I strive to convey the truth,
But can words truly capture the essence of our youth?
You were the one who grasped the intricate design,
Of the tapestry of my emotions, so fine.
In every moment, you were the seer,
Reading the words I didn't dare to utter or hear.
And as I put pen to paper, I contemplate,
Will you discern the love, or will it be too late?
Will you find the heart beneath the poetry's art?
Or will you merely read the lines and depart?
You were the one who understood the unsaid,
The language of my heart, like poetry spread.
In every breath and pause, you were the key,
To unlocking the secrets, boundless and free.
So, as I finish this verse, my love profound,
I pray you see the heart within the sound.
For these words may dance on the page, a part,
But you, my love, can always read my heart.
