Pre-severence. Helpline advice. 116 123
Heather Lydia Thornhill 1981 (Manchester)
Call the semaritans if you need help with suicidal thoughts or have friends who have depression and it is starting to upset you or if you are missing loved ones.
Perseverence is patience in a task.
Pre-severence is the preperation for dealing with cutting.
Cutting can be a thought
Then a small test or experiment on how far your body can push itself
Then accidents may happen with drug influence or other scenarios you might have conjured up in your mind.
This might lead to feelings of deep loneliness and/ isolation from friends family and even Father Mother God himself.
Then repetitive self bullying thoughts might creep in to tempt you away from self love, well being, self care, honest interactions in civilisation.
Such thoughts or influences of others can start to become dangerous to others in your family or local communities.
These thoughts or knowledge of them and of anger management might become controlled and lead to controlled outputs like police officers or army soldiers.
On the negative side they can lead to sociopathic thoughts without reasons or logic being comprehensive to an individual.
This outlet is often seen in riots or political activism in its extreme, terror or even war.
Sometimes it leads to a social mentality of 'children shouldnt be brought into this dark rhelm/ terrible world' and over use of contraception until its too late to have God's devine vessel-devine soul children through devine intimacy or the twists and turns individuals take first to get to an equal loving, self confident honest relationship, and a state which one can actually say 'I want you' and mean more than the everyday used preterm 'I love you' which someone might have stopped saying to you.
There are many languages and all of the people have their own unique way of saying I love you.
You could try using these to tell yourself I want you to live.
I'd love you to read and express more poetry, it's beauty can transcend physical love and there are few restrictions.
Though every thought has its own restrictions in word so meditation music can help to relieve depression.
Where's the Poem?
Tonight my thoughts died
In my head my wrist bled
On my bathroom I wrote goodbyes
I didn't cry because I might want to dye
The bliss of heaven called me too soon
I wanted more than a sun and a moon
I felt the angels take my soul
When they returned home each night
I didn't feel quite whole
Then a replacement angel came
And he asked God before which name
In this sea of souls playing a loving game
That hurts them so but I'm here to tame
The devil's thoughts that the darkness mames
Thoughts of suicide can be a trigger
Appreciation videos allow you to find God and heaven on earth.
Keep the meat on your own cute animal.
Grr be your own dinosaur... Raaar
Why so serious?
Because you loved yourself enough to get this far. Life is for jokes too.
Try a little stand up comedy or write more poetry.
Eat green food. Stay well. Love light spread the peace
