Open Plains Open Road

As he rides with horse the only companion he's known is his equine and the saddle at night for his pillow. As he lays down underneath the sky his entertainment are the twinkling stars and the wolves howl the sound trac. Many of rocks and splinters has the hoves of his ride seen as they wonder the land. Guessing what time sunrise and sunset will be his only excitement. He has given up on population as he had two loves in his life so far and both left him. He fears any more chances. Mother Nature for now will be the only mistress in his life atleast he stands a chance with her. As he travels his mind wonders so much with natural curiosity about the rest of the world and that of man's position in it. He wonders how in the big cities men hang up their guns and spurs for a life that seems foreign to him. Even with that being said he knows one day he'll have to lay his down as well and that will be the time he finds his favorite rock lys down and pass in his sleep. He has had enough practice staring at the moonlit sky with dancing stars to dream himself into the after glow of life. Rest peaceful my long ago cowboy friend.
