All about the world

Cynthia novotny 1984 (Wilmington de)

When I think of the world we live in
We have the pretty moon up above
That brightens up the night sky
It also can be a full moon or half

The good lord himself gave us the sun
It brightens up the day so we can see
The sun can change colors as well
When the moon is full it’s beautiful

when I see our birds flying around
They can be little birds or big ones
My favorite bird is the bluebird
it’s a sign of a loved one around

When I think of our trees that grow
Some can be very tall trees indeed
Our trees also help with oxygen
With no trees we wouldn’t be standing

When I think of our people in this world
There are many different kinds of people
We definitely love our people very much
they brighten up our days when we are down

We all live in a imperfect world here today
Let us enjoy this beautiful world we live in
We need to enjoy our surroundings we have
tomorrow is definitely not promised to us

About this poem

Enjoy what is given to us and the animals and the people.
