Jam

Jam 1952 (Edmonton)

JAM
I tried the door,
It was ajar
Of jam.
Or was it jammed?
It's not a traffic jam!
But lots cars
Jammed together!
I see my son,
John Andrew McDonald.
He's in a jam,
But that's not jam on him!
The S.T.A.R.S. come out
And carry him away.
I pray real hard
To Jesus And to Mary.
His life is saved!
How sweet life is,
Like a jar of JAM!
