Sunny Days
Sunny days are greater days!
Days of absolute peace and kind gestures,
Emanating from the soul within.
Sunny days are brighter days!
Snuggly warmth for the burdened mind,
Relieving the spirit from consternation and pain.
Sunny days are friendlier days!
Lofty gifts from the beaming sun,
Shining its rays on all earth’s entities.
About this poem
This poem was written on a fine sunny afternoon in September. I was laying out in the sun with a burdened health from my previous loses. The beam of rays from the sun gave me hope of a better tomorrow. I had thought to my self, my life shall soon shine brightly like the sun.
