He’s there with that beer..

This little girl looked up and screamed
I DONT NEED HIM THERE!!!
I NEED HIM HERE!!!
SO I WONT FEAR!!!!
OR CRY ANOTHER TEAR!!
PLEASE DADDY PUT DOWN THAT BEER!!
I NEED YOU HERE
TO BE SO SINCERE!!!
AND SEE ME CRY!!!
Cause I can’t handle another goodbye
Hear me daddy I need you to see
The daddy you were once to hold me
Please daddy don’t ever let them ask me Is your daddy here
Cause it’s your love…
Is the lost I truly fear……

About this poem

It is my first poem being a sober person for the first time in such a long time..I seen it in her eyes but was not willing to put the bottle down until she cried out to me..now I am totally sober thanks to her.
