Homecoming

HOMECOMING

The world decays with sin
Lust and greed exist
Troubles multiply in doubles

Evil is on the increase
Modern insanity never cease
This world isn't mine

Somewhere beyond the clouds
Lies a glorious home
Somewhere beyond the skies
Are streets paved with gold

A place beyond description
Full of peace, no deception
An abode of rest
Joy at its best

When this life is over
And the roll is called up yonder
A shout of acclamation
Shall raise a new born nation
The train of speed
Shall catch the selected

One glorious morning
Shall all pains be taken away
Death and sorrows shall cease
Joy and happiness shall abound
When mortal shall put on immortality
And corruptible be incorruptible.
