Echoes of time

Rabelani Robson 2007 (Johannesburg)

In life's swift race, we find our way,
A nutshell tale, both night and day.
Moments fleet, like whispered sighs,
Underneath the boundless skies.

Youth's eager flame, a fleeting spark,
Illumines shadows in the dark.
Dreams take flight, on fragile wings,
As time in silent cadence swings.

Through trials faced, we learn to grow,
In joy and sorrow, ebb and flow.
Love's tender touch, a soothing balm,
We find our purpose, find our calm.

In laughter shared, and tears we weep,
In secrets kept, in promises we keep,
Life's essence lies, a story spun,
In every heartbeat, every run.

So seize each day, let worries hush,
Embrace the world, in every rush.
For though we dwell in moments small,
In life's tight grasp, we find our all.
