Distracted

I seem to be distracted now,
But why is that the way?
A mystery that I somehow
Must figure out today.

I wonder did I sleep enough
Last night which can cause me
To have a day that seems quite rough
In my activity?

Or maybe I'm beginning to
Develop A.D.D.
How would I learn if that is true
And what it means to me?

I think that I will wait to know
Just how I will proceed.
But then should I go fast or slow?
More help I surely need!
