Happiness Now

Happiness Now

Don’t be sad when I’m gone;
Be happy I was here.
The time to praise my presence
Read my poetry and speak well of me
Actually is happening right now
Here I am
Breathing and existing
Matters more
When life gets seen
Right before your eyes.

Happiness is the moment
We notice each other
Wrapping together in embrace
Smiling at our good fortune
Our precious chances are
Moments in memory
Becoming pictures
To collect and to cherish
For the mind to shows off
And lasts a lifetime.

Let’s not wait any longer
There is already too much sadness
Suffering, sickness and
Death to last a lifetime
Joy, laughter and
Celebration are not
Luxuries but necessities
Ingredients you need
To make love and create
Happiness now!
