Teacher, Guide and Friend

I know that Jesus is my Friend
My Teacher and my Guide.
He will be these from start to end;
His love can't be denied!

He teaches me what I should know
In ways that I can learn.
His lessons can be on the go
Or slow if I'm concerned.

He guides me when I'm happy and
When I am not that way
And He will lend His helping hand
To guide me every day!

I've never had a friend so fine;
He loves me day and night.
I never have to see a sign
To feel Him hug me tight!
