My Home

America is a beautiful and remarkable place that God has made
Her anthem speaks of Her military and the lives that Her brave heros gave
The majestic mountains and fields of green in this enchanting place
And the Stars and Stripes Banner that stands over all forever waves

The character of Her people shows proudly when they display
The Star Spangled Banner for all to see
to honor Her heroes on Veteran and Memorial Day
And the brave men and women of Her military

The mighty Eagle who is watching from land, air or sea
And over the many that come here to embark
As they gaze in awe at the Statue of Liberty
that stands in the harbor of New York

They head towards the mountains of Montana
and the blue grass of Kentucky
To the parishes in Louisiana
And to the coast of Main on out to the sea

They journey West to California
then back East through Iowa
To the coast line of the Caorlians
then onward to populate Virginia

To Maryland's monumental boardwalks
and back out to the show me state of Missouri
And the West's vast National parks
and then back East to Tennessee

Down to the many miles of Florida's everglades
and over to South Dakota's Mt Rushmore
this is God's country make no mistake
and He will Bless Her abundantly ever more

Her people will defend bravely this land that they love
and get down on their knees and thank the One from above
for guiding them to this wonderous place
and blessing them to live in the U S A
