Falling leaf

You arc the spark
Which sets my heart aflame

The thought of you beside me
Brings forth fire to my passion

My eyes light up at the sight of you
As if to know, the reality Is true

And with that precious smile...

You reflection is of the most beautiful
Aspect of the ability to find happiness

Create self sustaining
chain reactions

life is good

Overpowering my resistance to
being held so close

i feel you Even as i sleep

When we are apart i
think of you

at times, i weep
Even as your spirit Watches over me

You Bathe me in the afterglow
as we make love

Bring peaceful dreams
Allowing me in due course

To navigate rough seas

As you fill the troughs
With comforting thoughts

Before we know it
i am yours (and you are mine)

Stir in moments, we share
suspend space and time

Inertial guidance holds us together
awakening new depths in our hearts

Turning inward thoughts
as the future calls

As the countdown begins…

Sweeping momentum Initiates
a heartbeat drum

Releases my spirit to the winds

Lightning flash and thunder roars
Pulls the trigger to ignite my soul

You inspire make me believe
then satisfy the need

Feed me
Further our breed

Restore heat to my core
Bring me to tears of joy

As we work our plan
Building a future together

And when the struggle
begins to tax my strength

You perceive my changing state
Buoy my hopes/Dreams with you

Reinforcing
what fate has delivered In you

with a truth greater
than troubles we try

but cannot undo

Although, it may be,
i can get no relief

You bring me to my senses
Quench my desires

but what’s more
Enticing me sharing your fruits

Creating such excitement
i am distracted from the pain

As the rain falls
winds call

Although, this day
may be our last

Knowing

Where
there is faith...

There is
hope
