The Lady in the Gown

As she waltzes in the amber sky,
The warm breeze rustles with laughter,
Brushing her delicate shoulders
Dancing under the quivering moon,
Porcelain perfection
Flawless deception
Gloom cast upon her
For eternity,
Her night unfolds.

She whispers to the moon:
“Shut me cruelly in a book
so I stop regretting my words,
I’d rather turn into a silent statue.
That cries quietly in despair”
