Shadow

On the eve of the inevitable hour,
The tree sway heavily on a cold night,
It branches swing to the sonorous wind,
Exhausted leafs on earth are cascading.

My eyes twinkle as they dimmed with tears,
Outlandish smile on my crinkle and jaded lips,
My face wrinkle in unending desperation,
In regretful melancholy I sigh into the air,
As  you stare at me in an instructive manner.

Cockcrow at dawn of the very hour,
Your footsteps glide in the shadow of darkness,
As you walk down the crooked path and
Fade to nothingness in everlasting peace.

In the blazing early morning sun,
The farewell dirge rent the atmosphere,
Mourning from the abyss of a troubled heart,
The mourners mourn in silent sympathy,
Of what seems to them an irreplaceable loss.

Days gone by in sighing and dismay,
I still wander in cold silence of your thoughts,
My bare forehead gleams at the receding sun,
As I bid you farewell in your solitary transition
to the unknown and great world of the beyond.
