Brighter eyes

Rosa Lee Ranson 1964 (Miami)

Brighter eyes
Glowing in the light
There's something about her
That tells why she's the way she is
Even when she has gone through her bitter and sweeter days
She stands her ground an made peace with herself
Knowing that self love brings true happiness
Bears the truth in caring instead waste of time with a fellow who is dead beat
But
Bright eyes
You're smarter than that
So start fresh
In life
With hope
In believing
In yourself

About this poem

Is a poem to early on lighten up the girl who sees herself fishing for true love and never finds it until she seek the Lord himself for help in knowing who her soulmate truly is.
