Leadership
Faith Caleb 2000 (Kitui)
In realms where shadows cast their solemn dance,
Emerges a beacon, a leader's stance.
A tapestry woven with steadfast might,
A symphony of guidance, bathed in light.
The true leader, a sculptor of dreams,
With noble heart and innovative schemes.
They rise above the clamor and the fray,
To inspire, to heal, to pave the way.
Not by decree, but by example they sway,
A lighthouse guiding ships through the darkest gray.
For leadership rests not in the title alone,
But in actions and choices, brightly shown.
They listen with empathy, open hearts they possess,
Empowering voices, igniting progress.
They mold unity from diversity's mold,
Harnessing talents both young and old.
With humble grace, they foster trust and respect,
Creating a haven where spirits connect.
Through trials and triumphs, united we stand,
As the leader's vision uplifts the land.
No other verse can capture this unique tale,
Of leadership's essence, where warriors prevail.
For leaders are gems in life's endless sea,
Shaping destinies with lasting legacy.
So let our voices rise in eternal acclaim,
To honor these leaders, beyond any name.
May their flame burn bright, inspiring all anew,
A poem only they can bring to view.
