The power of the pen. Come's from the person within.writing can be a pleasure.a persons mind contains a trove of treasure.
From personal experience or make believe,it can be turned into a magical read.
Whether it's good,bad,sorrow,or sad.
A writers words are an inspiration to be had.
From amateur to professional,with the stroke of the pen.Words flow like music from the writer within.
Hats off to our writers of the past. You're inspiration and knowledge will surely last.

I am just an ordinary person who likes to write. I wrote this poem while at work. It just popped into my head.
