Extreme Anxiety

Lord,How am i supposed to get through society? With all this extreme anxiety? It makes my brain go crazy, then takes all my energy and I feel lazy!                                                          All the racing thoughts run through my mind. Then it's very hard to be kind.
There is times I can't sit still.By the end of the night I feel very ill.
When some of the family and friends wanna betray yu.I go spend hours with my grandbaby Malayah! She fills my heart and soul with love and joy. Then sends me a wave of peace with her favorite toy.                                                                  I see my mom shine bright through her  beautiful eyes. She says,"Grandma let's go watch the sunrise".As we look up to the moon and stars.Malayah reaches over and hugs me.I feel no more scars.
I look over at her with a huge smile! The anxiety is gone.It just took a while.
It's amazing the love we have here on this earth. We need to embrace it.We've had it since birth.
Then I pray to always keep the anxiety away!I hear a voice say,"Enjoy your brighter days".Sometimes we can find a way to cope!We don't have to mope! There is hope!
Try to shift your gears. So it breaks all the fears.
Turn on music or something funny.Or even cook curry and get something in your tummy! It's yummy!                   Mental Health is no joke. Its worse when your broke.Always remember there's hope!❤️
