Star Rise and Moon Tide

In twilight's embrace, amidst starry skies,
Your name echoes like a song,
Moon's gentle tide whispers your soul's cries,
Seeking the phantom, elusive and long.

Oh, how I yearn to grasp the fleeting sound,
To catch the echoes that dance in the air,
But alas, the whispers are never found,
A longing unfulfilled, burdened with care.

Yet still, I seek, with hope held in my heart,
For in the darkest night, stars brightly shine,
Guiding me closer, never to depart,
The phantom of your name, a love divine.

Though elusive, your essence I'll pursue,
For in this sonnet, my love shines for you.
