The mist

Running as fast as a hawk in the mist
Delighted by the wind touching my delicate cheeks
Fascinated by the absorbing patterns of the leaves
Frightened by the monsters which happened to be just trees
Running like a prisoner finally being able to  be free
Free of all the chains and all the hands all over me
Free of all the words stabbing me and leaving me to bleed
Nothing on the mind of mine just me trees and the mist
Running as fast as I can untill I'm out of breath
Crying out loud like a baby and falling down on my knees
My short termed spurious happiness has now decided to leave
Using all the strength I've got left so heaven could hear me scream
Sitting on the ground for hours feeling like a complete lunatic
Not able to stand up just sitting there trying to breathe
Trying to forget you but I remember so good how well you can kiss
I'm feeling like a big mess when you're there living your life in peace
