Her

Oh, how it shocks me
Her beauty

I love it all
All of her
From her body, to her face, to the mind within

I adore her skin
Scattered with freckles and kissed by the sun
I implore her to do the same

I obsess over her kindness
The way she loves me is so great I will be fulfilled forever
I will be stuffed full with love for everyone because of how much she loves me

Even after seeing the way she moves for so many days
I am not tired but craving for more
I am begging, I am on my knees

For her, her beauty, her love, her atmosphere of gracefulness is the greatest gift ever given

Oh, I thank the lord every day that it was given to me

About this poem

I wrote this poem because of someone special. As I’ve described in my work, she is the light of my life. The love she has for me and the love I have for her is so passionate, so true, that I had to put it into words.
