Tempus Fugit (Time Flies)

They don't make time the way they did
When I was just a little kid.
Back then, time was invisible
And seldom was it ever dull.
It moved so slow, I learned to feel
The hands that made the time so real.
At school, the clock was friend and foe
By saying when to come and go.
Yes, time is very strange to me.
I can't control how it will be
But I can use it like a tool,
Especially at work or school.
