She with her Devils tail

Jamie Tierney 1991 (Cardiff)

Soul split into two like their body,
Heart black as their witchcraft,
Cursed to wither in pity,
Dry and dusty as moths that keep them company,
Shackled and bound to roam underworld from pact.

Pathway of ruin sowed from within chaos,
Embodiment of self-loafing disfigures image,
Minion of warlock their cross,
Disempowered aura that poisons is their reward from cosmos,
Loveless for their lust becoming their own hostage.

Initiation for trying to take a life,
Falling on self made sword,
Endangered soul bringing coven strife,
Crossroad choice between divine love, enslavement or another’s knife,
Embracing devil will self-destruct while being a fraud.
