Please God!

Please help me listen to what I'm missin'.
Your scripture I see well,
But speak to my heart before it departs
As life blocks what it tells.

Please help me to learn.  I pray it's my turn
In having you gaze at me,
And show me the way I need everyday
To please You endlessly!

Please help me believe that I will achieve
A peace no one can give,
As long as I do my best just for You,
And praise You each day I live!
