So many Poets
who's work I admire
so many poems
with words to inspire
I can spend hours
reading them through
then I remember
I am one too
So I must keep writing
my kaleidoscope art
to share with others
shades of my heart
I'm connecting to poets
across the globe
we all bleed the same
no matter our abode
yet all unique
in our own way
living through Poetry
writing each day.

About this poem

I wrote this poem because I just love reading other works of art, we are all unique and yet share this wonderful gift of being able to write poetry and really connect no matter where in the world we live.
