A rose from the ashes

Atlas

It stings it burns
it twists and turns

Like a rose from the ashes
through fire and flame
i will push through
and rise again

It will get better
day by day
don´t give up hope
don´t dissaray

Like I rose from the ashes
those times before
I will push through
and come for more

About this poem

Laying in bed after yet another painful knee surgery i found a passion for writing and this is my first poem. A reminder to stay positive
