No Victory Won

It comes to no one,
A cheering victory won.
On a field of warring opponents,
Seeking to win over...
The endorsed supporting,
Of everyone losing...
A battle to start that should not have begun.

It comes to no one...
On either side to declare,
There has been identifiable progress made.
Without evidence of proof,
A movement forward stays that way.
To temporarily feel to believe,
Only a few out of the majority of the people...
Perceive themselves to be the benefactors.
When many are left to know and observe,
The war will continue to ignore their needs...
Overdue and much deserved.

'Are you prepared and ready?'

'Prepared?
Prepared and ready for what?'

'To conquer and finally end deception,
Fraud, corruption, dishonesty and theft.'

'On the left or right?
Or...
As an independent warrior?
None of those battles,
Had been mine to pick to fight.'

'What difference does that make.
Either you are in or put of the conflicts,
Both sides have started.'

'As if I have a choice.'

'You do.
Claim yourself to be,
A nonconforming patriot.
Neither on the left or right.
Yet remain consciously aware,
Of all the nonsense escalated.
And it's democracy you are hoping to save,
From being flushed down the toilet.'

'Uh...
What other suggestions can you make?
Without pretensions to fake them!'

'Come on.
Be realistic.
Where else can you go,
To declare a victory yet to happen?
If wished to want badly enough,
The Sun will always appear to rise...
Upon the horizon at dawn.'

'What?
Huh?
That to say makes no sense at all.'

'Think about it.
Then make your decision.'

'Where is the victory?'

'Your belief kept is the victory!'
