in motion

wind controls the leaves
you controlled me silently
strong while in motion

About this poem

This is a personal poem about an actual life experience using a metaphor I tried to make the experience similar to the wind. A beautiful feature of earth, the wind is strong yet makes leaves and trees rustle silently while it dominates them, much like my experience with this person was strong, but they found a way to seem soft and enduring. As a way of comfort, this means a lot to me, so I hope that helps you relate to it as well
