Snow Drop

Primrose 2003 (Wakiso)

Free verse
Amidst the whistling wind
white crystal petals of ice
wrestle in the space as
they touched the tips
of our noses
in unison, smiles gently
trekked across our faces
in the joy of celebrating
our love.......
Thank you for dancing
with me through
the snow drop
because now that you rest
I dance with our memories
