Love is like a river.
It never ever ends.
Even though it has.
It's many turns and bends.

I love you now.
I loved you then.
I will love you.
Until the very end.

I hope in life.
You'll be my wife.
And you will see.
You were meant for me.

About this poem

I actually wrote this poem and put it on this site many years ago (as long as it's still the same one) and got it published. I also wrote others too. I am a father of four children and have been married for 18 years.

Justin Pelfrey

I am a father of four children from 5 years old to 18 years old. One boy and three girls. I have been married for 18 years to the same beautiful woman and will spend the rest of my life with her. I actually wrote this poem when I got with her. It was published many years ago and I also have more poems written and am writing books. more…
