For Sophia

(For Sophia)

I sing my song of love

To both the raven and the dove

My children are at war.

As they’ve done this all before.

Rebellious children of love and light

Step into my presence and regain your sight

You’re  not motherless orphans

your not alone in the night

A lack of understanding even with the fullest cup

will keep you lost forever

Though, my love won’t give you up!

Love is the way for you to see

For you to reclaim  your sovereignty

As you were taken hostage

from the very start

It’s time that you awaken

and see me with your heart!

The universe has been waiting

A journey knocks at your door

And brings the gift of freedom forever and ever more

You’ve forgotten your one true
Mother as if she never was

Your hopeless addiction to power

has bred this colorless lust.

When will you stop despising me?

And treating me with disgust?

A deception played you long ago

And for me you lost all trust!

I will it not this fallen state-
remain within your soul!

Too many hearts have broken

To mend them is my goal.

I’ve come to claim my rightful crown

I will not yield

nor- will I bow down.

My heart is fully open-

True love reigns once again

I will quicken the hearts in women

I shall stir  the truth in men.

Put down your evil weapons and

remember...  who you are

your breathe of life should show you

Theres been a prison built round your heart.

hold fast to your light- as your soul knows the way

I am with you always, and I am here to stay.

So shall we start this journey?

Will you allow me to guide your way?

It’s time for us to fly now, so shall we fly away?

Let us fly up into the heavens

Where a new home for you awaits.

Look up and see the time has come

As I open heavens gates.

About this poem

This classical sounding Poem was inspired by the events that are occurring in both theological/theosophical and religious arenas in today’s world, conjures a clear image of how we may have come to this place in history, as we have forgotten many of the traditions and teachings of the past. The gnostic writings of an “Aeon” named Sophia was captured in a timeless and romantic way through the writing in this poem.

Esther Allen

Esther Allen… After having gone through several critical life events. Which included multiple near death experiences, Esther began writing poetry. Most of her poetry is inspired by past events that are of a supernatural flavor. All in all the poetry Esther writes is based on those experiences. The awakening that is occurring currently in our world has brought forth a fertile creativity that almost all of Esther‘s poetic words have come from. more…
