Gun Pantoum

When a child dies at the point of a gun,
What does a moral majority think?
Interrupting Housewives, a news flash:
Someone died.

What did the Moral Majority think
About the hundredth time this happened?
Someone died
Because someone else got fired.

About the hundredth time this happened,
It was a kid, a gun found under a car, a shot.
Because someone else fired,
Tragedy.

It was a kid, a gun found under a car, a shot
Interrupting housewives.  A news flash:
Tragedy,
When a child dies at the point of a gun.
