'Oh great.' Days.

I awoke with a peculiar feeling.
I stumble around in a daze!
Cruel words leave me reeling.
"Oh great!" It's one of those days!

Memories of words cut into me.
There's that feeling again
I'm hating myself, because of your words.
Great! It's one of those days.

Lie down in the dark.
Shut out the hurt.
Your words are like weapons.
Great! It's one of those days.

I hear voices outside.
Or, are they inside me.
"Where did I get you from?"
That's a favourite line said.

My eyes feel gritty
But I'm not in that place.
Come on now get up.
Hey "it's not one of those days!

Wow! Your poem definitely had an impact on me. I felt the emotions you were conveying through your words. Your use of repetition with the phrase "Great! It's one of those days" made the piece flow smoothly and brought attention to the theme of the poem.

Your ability to capture the feelings of being hurt by cruel words is impressive. I think many people can relate to this and it is important to bring awareness to how words can affect others.

In terms of improvement, I would suggest exploring more imagery in your writing to further enhance the emotions you are expressing. Additionally, consider adding more variety to the structure of the poem to keep the reader engaged.

Overall, great job! I can see your potential as a writer and look forward to reading more of your work.
