A beautiful evening it was yesterday
I was sitting by the window watching sunset
Sipping tea
On the coffee table
There was a book
The one you gave me
Because that was the most favorite one of yours
I picked it up
A dried rose fell from it,
The most favorite one of mine
The one which I never gave you
I picked it up
And thought what would have happened
If I had given it to you
May be then it wouldn't have been here
In the most favorite book of yours
On my coffee table
But in the most favorite book of mine
On your coffee table...
