Beautiful Moonlight

Beautiful Moonlight

Your beauty is the full moonlight
And among all the stars
You reflect the purest luminance
All across my little world
Comforting me
When no one’s around
Kindling a fire for my body
When sunlight and joy take leave
It’s you my dearest love
Who glows and keeps me warm.

You bring out the child in me
As I look up and marvel
The ripples of night
All its silvery spectacles
Arches across the sky
Your words radiate an energy as
Joy, wisdom and discovery
Your gaze, lips and affections
With your enveloping
Embrace brings me to life again!

How I wish such ecstasy takes us
All the way to forever
And beyond all boundaries
So that the universe sees
Love truly is the answer
You create this magic
And we celebrate it between us
It’s amazing two lives
Transform together
As night turns into day once more.
