That dreadful day

Nobody knows what's in my heart and nobody cares when I fall apart, I really try to go a day without crying I can never get over you dying, I wasn't ready for that dreadful day and there really isnt anything anyone  can say, I still expect a message from you telling me how to get through or what to do after losing you, you were always the one that was there for me and it kills me inside knowing that you no longer can be. I can't listen to our songs without breaking into tears knowing you are no longer here, I can't pretend anymore that I can soar, can someone please tell me why, why did my buddy have to die, it is getting harder and harder every day  not being able to hear what you have to say, to tell me I will be okay, all because of that dreadful day
