If You and Me were Together

This pleasant weather, when arrives,
Wishes, many wishes, then arise

If you and me were together,
How nicer would seem the wether,

If endless were the streets,
And deeper were the trees,
Then closer would we walk,
And slower would we talk,

If faster were the rain,
We would stop in vain,
If cooler were the breeze,
It would make us freeze,

More happiness would we gather,
If you and me were together.
