Emptiness

Rhymed
The eternal abyss
The place of no return
The place of little hope
Only broken by the void of happiness
A place only brought by others
A place only achieved by sacrifice
A place a person needs to embrace
In order to leave their empty space

About this poem

I wrote this poem years ago, which I lost touch with, it was a weird space in life but I dealt with it through writing the pain, I love the poem and would love to hear what you think, I’m no professional but I still love the poem, thank you aswell for stopping to read.
