It drinks the flames like a fine wine
It baths in the purest blood for youth
It breaks the bones to give thanks
Caressed by sullen hands is the silken skin
Stripped to silence, the mass spoken word
And its traffic is a tortured death march
On strangled winds we fly
Through blinding light
Through hollowed night
These in which cannot mix
